| Main Features: | The body of the tray dryer is manufactured from 16 swg [Tray Dryer - Unimech] CRC sheet and a heavy-duty angle. High grade glass-wool is used as an insulation in all six sides of the body that can store maximum heat inside the dryer. The door is hinged and locked by a ball catch and the trolley is also fabricated by MS angles. Dynamically balanced Exhaust fan removes the evaporated liquids from the dryer that is fixed on the shaft and bearing pedstals. Exhaust fan is fabricated and placed inside the dryer, where as an electric motor placed outside the dryer.
